Transformed the leftover

SIL bought back some BBQ chicken wings last night and due to the time (around 10pm), I did not eat, but kept them in the fridge for my breakfast. Taa daa.............

I re-BBQ the chicken wings with an oven toaster and shredded the meats.

Cut some fresh onions, cucumber and tomatoes.

And make them into chicken sandwiches. Yummy ! I fried an egg for an extra flavour. Too bad I do not have any sauces in the office.

Had 2 pieces of this and I had very light lunch because was still very full.
