Thank you everyone for the Birthday wishes to my kids and also well wishes to YX. So far, he has no complaint on the stomach issues. He has got good appetite and full of energy as usual. Now, as the stomach chapter is closed, here comes the eye story.
3 days ago, he complaint of pain in the eye. We checked but did not see anything. On 14th September, he woke up with a swollen eye. It is the same eye which he got a growth about 9 months ago. After the traditional treatment from my cousin's wife, his eye recovered and left a scare. You may read them here and here.
As now is the schooling periods, I quickly brought him to the eye specialist for a check up as to ensure nothing is serious, so he can attend school as usual. Doctor can't find the 'head' of that so called 'pimple'. YX was not very cooperative either and this make the doctor even harder to find the caused. At the end, doctor prescribe a bottle of eye drop to eliminate the swell and YX was given an appointment on 21 September for a further check up. Let's hope no surgery is required as the doctor did mentioned that it is the only way to get rid of the 'pimple' if it is really what is happening in YX's eye now.
After getting assurance from the doctor that the condition on YX's eye are not dangerous and not contagious, I sent him to school. He did not fuss and am glad he is willing to get down from the car and walk in all by himself with a teacher accompanying. To be continued........
That same morning, I hurt my toes. All happened in a split seconds. Just like the pace of a bullet. All I can remember was 1 hand carrying my bag, another hand was holding the door knob and my toes felt numb! Seconds later, I felt the pain and I had to sit down on the floor to let the electrifying feeling over. My toes was caught at the bottom of the door. What an unlucky day!
As I need to rush YX to the eye specialist, I did not have the time to sooth my sore toes. I need to rush because I'm afraid there will be many people at the clinic and there will be a long wait. While at the clinic's registration counter, I felt one of my toes are a bit wet. When I looked down, I found it is bleeding. Luckily I have some plasters in my bag.
