Teochew fried kuey teow

Everytime when hubby and I went back to my parents' house in Segamat, we will sure visit this particular shop to eat the Teochew style fried kuey teow.

The chef will deep fried the kuey teow with eggs and flour before pouring the gravy over. The kuey teow are very crispy with strong fried egg fragrance. Simply delicious.

And that above plate only cost RM 2.50 (meant for single serving). Ahem....it was actually our 2nd plate for that night.
