Sticky sweet

* Continue from the previous post to Bukit Bintang*

We window shop at the Pavilion and came across this shop selling sweets with a mini picture printed on each piece of the candy. I've seen this type of candies in Melbourne, Australia years ago and it finally came to Malaysia.

Cooking the candies' solution. It was boiling !

Look at the amount of white sugar being added into the solution. OMG.....

Some green color were being added into the solution

Once the solution were well cooked / harden, they cut and separate the different colors.

The solutions was separated into 3 different colors (beige, brown, green). The green color was being  removed to another side for processing.

YX said like jie jie's hair. haha

Next, we went to the Fahrenheit for another round of window shop. The kids got all excited when they saw Tom & Jerry (their favourite cartoon).

The kids favourite cartoon

XJ recently started to pose when her photos being taken. haha

The kids saw this froggie and wanted to have a pic taken

A huge poster was being displayed and XJ insisted to take a photo

At around 3pm, we took a train back to Seremban. As usual, the KTM was packed like sardines. One kind young man gave his seat to my mum while the rest of us got to stand until the 4th or 5th stations before we got a seat. However, the train stopped for almost 20 minutes due to some technical problem and was unable to move on. One the train started moving, I was so relieved because I wanted to go home and rest as soon as possible. I was dead tired. Surprisingly, both my parents can still managed to shop at the Giant Hypermarket after dinner that night with my brother while both kids and me slept early that night.

Bukit Bintang & some Super Heroes

At the entrance of Hutong Food Court
The following day after the Science Center visit, we took a train ride to the Bukit Bintang for a day trip. Only my parents, the kids and I. Hubby was too lazy to go shopping and he rather lazed at home. Imagine both kids are not with him....he can have all the freedom he wants !

I suggested to visit the Hutong Food Court as dad was craving for some beef noodles. By the time we reached, it was around 10.30 am and just nice for a brunch.

* Sorry for all the half eaten food photos.
YX and XJ had chicken rice and tau fu fa but i did not

After a hearty meal, we proceeded to the Pavilion for some window shopping. The weather that day was perfect. Not too hot and not raining ! My 'candle - like' mum was so afraid of the sun as she did not carry an umbrella with her that day. With such weather, she can walk without needing to worry too much. hehe

A nice tv cube I spotted on the way to the Pavilion.

Coincidentally, there was a stage show on some super heroes. The kids had fun posing for some photos.

Dance performed by some jokers

After the dance, we wanted to make a move and suddenly, the security asked us to step aside. We were wondering what's coming up and waited at the side. To our surprised, we saw the hunky Batman !
