While dad and mum were still in town, mum decided to cook our favourite mee siam and invited us over to brother's house. It was hubby's favourite and he had 3 servings that night !
 |
| A big pot of mee siam |
Mum fried a big pot of delicious mee siam for us to feast on. Love the crunchy taugeh and chives added into the mee siam.
 |
| Covered generously with ingredient |
Mum was generous with the ingredient too. Squid and prawns were added into the mee siam besides than fried egg, taufu and fish cakes.
 |
| Crabs |
Not only mee siam, mum deep fried some 'finger licking good' crab for us too. Dad prefer the original taste, hence mum did not stir fried with any other sauces. It was naturally salty and nice to eat just like that too !
After dinner, there were still some mee siam left and mum let me 'ta pau' back for my breakfast the next day.
 |
| Korean coffee - Mocha |
It was so delicious to goes with the coffee which I brought back from my recent Korea trip in March. I love this coffee very much but dad still prefer our own Ipoh White Coffee.
