Salmon

Oven-baked mayonnaise salmon

No one in my family (both my side and hubby's side) likes salmon. Even the kids dislike it as they said salmon has a very strong fishy smell. At first, I felt the same too. Then, I started to try Japanese food with salmon. I like it very much !

Last month, we had western food for our supper and I had salmon. It was actually my first time ordering salmon. I was surprised it tasted really nice. Then, one of the weekends, I went to Tesco to buy a block of salmon ( RM3 only for the above piece @ promotion price) and I tried to oven bake it. I squeezed some mayonnaise and lemon juice on top and it tasted heavenly ~

  1. I'm not a fan of salmon either, It has its smell that I do not quite care for. My daughter loves it and she loves Japanese food but I think there are many other nicer things one can enjoy with that kind of money...

    1. the fish that i find to have the strongest fishy smell is pomfret actually.. don't really like it, unless it's steamed until perfect without the smell..
