After making a decisions to
choose the bus, we finally made our way back to gong gong and popo's house in Johor last Nov. Both kids shared a seat which fits them perfectly. They were pretty excited as this was their first ride on a bus back to Johor. Luckily both were very cooperative on the 2.5 hours ride. XJ slept soon after the bus left the station while YX, the usual energetic boy enjoying the scenery via the large window.

In the grandparent's house, both have lots of toys to play. The doting gong gong even joined to play together with them. One thing about my father, he is always a cool guy who is young at heart ! Both kids loved him so much.

As for my mum, she is more towards a serious type but she enjoys cooking for the family. Even she encountered pain in her arm and legs (due to aged), she still made the effort to cook for us. She fried some mini Angle Fish and both kids enjoyed munching on the crispy yet sweet tasting flesh.

This was left after 'cleaned' up by YX. Both kids requested for popo to fry the fish again as they said it was their favourite fish.

ReplyDeletehe is so big already. He knows how to seperate the bones. That's y I asked him to eat with his fingers. Easier to 'feel' the bones.

DeleteIt's always nice to be back at our parents' plc. The kids get to bond with their grandparents n we get pampered by our own parents. :)
