He slept like a Sleeping Beauty

This morning, our family went for 'Ching Beng'. Since both kids grew up already, we brought them along. This was YX's 2nd time but XJ's first.

To avoid the horrible jam, we usually left the house pretty early in the morning. Both kids woke up at 3.30 am (both slept around 11 pm the previous night due to attending a dinner). We managed to leave the house by 4.30 am and glad both are quite cooperative.

After the prayers, we came back for a bath and light breakfast before proceeding to Mid Valley to meet up with SIL. We were very tired but we had things to attend, therefore we had to travel.

XJ slept in the car while the energetic YX doesn't seems to be tired at all. He was able to run up and down the mall.By 1pm (after lunch) YX started to feel tired and said he wanted to sleep.

We managed to get a seat provided for shoppers and let YX slept there while SIL did their quick shopping. YX was too tired and was soon sound asleep despite the noise in a busy shopping mall.

Luckily SIL brought along a stroller meant for toddler and YX could still fit into it albeilt his heights. He continued to sleep in the stroller no matter where we pushed him to. At around 4pm, we left the mall and YX was still sound asleep.

He continued his sweet dreams even we arrived home at 5 plus. No matter how I woke him, he just refused to wake up and continued to sleep !

Finally, around 7pm he woke up, but looked very tired. I quickly get him to eat his dinner and was glad he had a good appetite.

Right after dinner, he went to bed again ! This really proofed that he was very very tired. Hope a good night sleep will recharged his flat battries !

As for us, we were dead tired too. XJ too, slept after dinner but she wasn't that tired compared to her brother. After this post,  I'm going to shut my eyes too.....zzzzzzzzz

  2. My boy went Cheng Meng for the first time this year. The grandparents believed that at a younger age, he would tend to bring some "dirty thingy" home. He loved it as he got to play with fire (burning those prayer papers). Hahaha..
