Fresh seafood lunch at Sekinchan

Since we are all not familiar with Sekinchan, we asked the hotel people to recommend us some good restaurant for a decent lunch. Glad that we gave it a try. We went to Restaurant Bagan Sekinchan and I was really happy to know that they do served baby squid which I can't seems to find it elsewhere. Used to have this dish at my hometown when I was a child. Overall, food was tasty and cheap !

salt & pepper baby squid

so crunchy and appetizing. Even the kids love it !
Cilli small praw. Fresh and nice to goes with white rice

Fresh steamed lala. Can't have enough of these. Every single pieces have the meat intact and no smell nor sands in it. The soup was so tasty too.

Lala ~ RM14 / Prawn ~ RM12 / Tofu ~ RM10 / Baby squid ~ RM10,
Lettuce ~ RM5 / 3 plates of rice ~ RM3 / a pot of tea ~ RM3
Besides than the above seafood, we had a plate of minced meat tofu and stir fried lettuce. We were quite surprised when the bill came. It was so reasonable. We won't mind to visit this restaurant again on our future trip to try the other dishes.

* The restaurant is situated behind a Chinese Temple *
